EMUAUSTRALIA.SG uses local door-to-door courier service for deliveries within Singapore and our preferred shipping provider, DHL, for deliveries to other available countries to ensure that you receive your EMU AUSTRALIA shoes when you expect it.

Shipping rates vary depending on the country the products are shipped to. Your final shipping costs are calculated automatically at the Checkout page when destination is selected before you proceed to the PayPal gateway for payment. Currently,we only ship to locations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.

Your order will be processed within 3 working days of your order confirmation. Our courier service provider will contact you to arrange your delivery between Mondays and Fridays.  

Delivery exclusions:

We do not deliver to areas that are designated as remote, or requires security pass/clearance, safety briefing and/or donning of safety gear. List of such areas include but not limited to:

  • Islands outside of mainland Singapore including Sentosa

  • Military Camps and Defense facilities

  • Police, Special Operations and SCDF stations

  • All Military and Commercial Airports or Airbases and Naval bases

  • All Sea Ports and Shipyards

  • Parliament House and IRAS

  • Embassies and International Schools

  • Prisons and Detention facilities

  • Immigration Checkpoints

  • Senoko Incineration Plant & Power Stations

  • Tuas South Ave and surrounding industrial areas

  • Any general restricted area

 Your order will be processed within 3 - 10 working days of your order confirmation depending on destination. Our shipping provider will contact you to arrange delivery. 

** The flat rates displayed in the shipping rate charts exclude customs duties and other taxes specific to the destination country that if applicable, will be charged to the recipient by our shipping providers before final delivery to the recipient.

Due to the dynamic nature of international shipping and freight, our shipping rates and timings may be subject to change from time to time. In any case, the shipping costs indicated on your Checkout page can always be taken as correct and final for any completed transaction.


Our courier/shipping provider delivers during normal business working hours and we will require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. At this point, responsibility for your purchase items is passed on to you.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you accept that a signature by the recipient (or any recipient at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and order fulfillment by EMUAUSTRALIA.SG, and accept the transfer of responsibility in the same way.

If you have specified to leave the parcel at an unattended address/premise and no signature is received, this also constitutes as a transfer of responsibility.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible upon receipt of order and payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as an estimate only and commence from the date of dispatch. EMUAUSTRALIA.SG is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We will not be liable in the event that shoeboxes are damaged in transit as this is beyond our control.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - Do note that deliveries will not be made on any public holiday dates in your country. In this instance, your order will be delivered the next business day.

SINGAPORE DELIVERY - For deliveries within Singapore, our courier service provider will make two (2) delivery attempts for your order. They will require a name and signature to acknowledge that the order has been delivered. A delivery attempt notification slip will be dropped at the delivery address with contact details to reschedule for another attempt.

In the event of failed delivery attempts during both occasions, our courier service provider will contact the recipient at the given contact number to reschedule for a third (3rd) delivery attempt. Please note that our courier service provider will impose additional delivery fee of S$8.00 for the third (3rd) attempt and beyond and this charge will have to be borne by the recipient.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY - For deliveries overseas, our shipping provider will attempt to deliver based on the expected delivery date. In the event of failed delivery attempt, they will contact you to reschedule for another delivery. The shipping provider may impose additional shipping charges based on their delivery policy to which the recipient must then bear.

We strive to meet our delivery times but during peak periods (including sales), deliveries may take a little longer. In cases of force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions, it will mean that delivery services may be disrupted and not available and that the delivery times may need to be extended. However, we will work hard to keep such changes to a minimum. EMUAUSTRALIA.SG cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost as a result of any specific instructions left for the courier/shipping provider.

All confirmed orders are processed for shipping within three (3) working days. You can track your order on the site anytime, 24 hours/ 7 days by going to My Account.

When your order is dispatched and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number (for overseas delivery) or an SMS will be sent to your contact number (for delivery within Singapore) by the shipping/courier provider so that you can contact them directly at any time to check on the status of your order.

For overseas delivery, your country of residence customs or Government may impose import duty or tax on your order. We cannot take responsibility for any delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.


The recipient of the parcel must pay any import duty or local tax imposed once it reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what these costs would be as import duties and local taxes differ vastly from country to country. It is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information before you place your order so you are not surprised by such unexpected charges.

In the event that you refuse to receive the parcel due to additional import duties or taxes charged by your local customs or Government, or any other reason, we are not liable to pay for them. If the parcel is returned to us, we are only able to refund the amount less off the shipping charges incurred back to EMUAUSTRALIA.SG.
